Enloe Magnet High School’s principal started his school’s equity work at the top. Then, he realized he needed to bring students to the table. That led to The Enloe Five, which has been an amazing offshoot of The Equity Collaborative’s Students’ Six model for creating equitable and culturally responsive teaching.
